Accommodation
'Le Laurier' is made up of 2 properties.
The properties are available to be let either together or separately and are ideal for two families. There are separate entrances and parking for at least three cars.
The House
3 bedrooms that enable a maximum of 6/7 people to stay at the property in comfort.
Downstairs -
A large Living room with Log Burner, Freeview TV, DVD Player, CD Music System and broadband access.
Kitchen/diner complete with cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, table & chairs.
A twin bedroom with en-suite shower room with toilet and another bedroom complete with bunk beds.
Upstairs -
A vast double room complete with en-suite bathroom and room for an additional single bed as and when required.
Conservatory - complete with table, chairs and sofa-lounger. Great to relax and enjoy a relaxing meal or just looking out at the vast garden area.
Garden - A large shared garden complete with garden furniture and relaxing sun terrace with BBQ.
The Cottage
Again, a maximum of 6/7 people to stay in comfort.
Downstairs -
A living room with double sofa bed, log burner, Freeview TV, DVD player, CD music system and broadband access.
Kitchen/diner, complete with cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, table & chairs.
A bathroom complete with shower and toilet.
Upstairs - A Double room with the space for an additional single bed or cot as and when required.
The Annexe
An additional building complete with double bed with additional space for a single bed as and when required. En-suite shower room with toilet and wash basin. Adjacent decking area with BBQ.
Both properties are heated by a combination of wood burning stoves and electric heaters and share a laundry area with washing machine & tumble dryer.
